Facilities in both Cottages

Kitchens: Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer,
microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer.

Electricity and gas central heating is included
in the tariff.

Lounges: Colour TV, dvd player and Freeview. A selection of books, dvds, cds and maps of the local area are provided for your enjoyment.

On arrival: Complementary tea, coffee and fresh milk and a few samples of locally produced food, so that you can relax from the moment that you arrive.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Non-smoking

Regret no pets due to being a working farm.

There is no telephone land line available but mobile reception is generally very good.

Outside: The cottages are set within a large enclosed garden with private parking. Each cottage has a patio area with garden furniture.

Sailing & outdoor pursuits: Should you wish to bring your boat with you on holiday to Cornwall, we have ample space for storage and you can leave the trailer at Gadles whilst the boat is on the water. We can also assist with launching at Mylor harbour. Similarly, space is also available for storage of bikes and surfboards should you wish to bring these with you.

The local village is just a mile away and provides a shop/ post office and a pub, a pleasant walk on a summers evening. Further shops and a supermarket are just 3 miles distant.
